Any art pieces, doodles, drawings, etc.are greatly appreciated! Submissions are DUE MONDAY DECEMBER 5th!!! Please email submissions to womynsresourcecenter.tesc@gmail.com with the subject 'ovarian submission' or drop it by the office in the CAB building, 3rd floor in student activities. Womyn's Process and Empowerment Circle of Support (Lady P.E.C.S.)

                     Sunday November 6th, 2:00-4:00pm

This week is our creative circle, join us for body painting, art therapy, drawing and good company. Bring any glitter, paint, paper or other fantastical supplies to express yourselves.

All are welcome so bring your sisters, mothers, friends and anything you want to to talk about. Also feel free to bring booze and grub :) Can't wait to see you all!

I felt a need to create a community of Womyn in which to surround myself. I f...eel that Womyn are severely underappreciated, oppressed, neglected, taken dvantage of, used, mistreated, unloved, unwelcomed...the list is virtually endless. I WANT TO SUPPORT AND EMPOWER YOU and I also have such a strong desire to recieve this from you. What do you love about being Womyn? What do you hate? What resources do you need? How can I help you? I am creating a space, held every other Sunday from 2:00-4:00pm, in which you will be WELCOMED, LOVED, APPRECIATED, RESPECTED, SUPPORTED and hopefully EMPOWERED! I want to listen to you, talk to you, be surrounded by you! We can talk, giggle, cry, make music, watch movies, read poetry, snuggle, bake, do arts and crafts, play outside, anything you feel like doing in the company of other amazing Womyn! I will provide drinks and treats. Please bring anything that inspires you (music, art, poetry, images, books, words)!

All ages, sexualties, races, ethnicities are welcomed and encouraged! Bring all your friends!

I would truly appreciate and enjoy your presence ♥ Sending so much love your way.. xoxo

Mission Statement

It is the mission of the WRC to support all Evergreen women and female identified persons as they work towards their educational goals. In order to do this, we must actively combat all forms of oppression that affect women and the greater campus community.

WRC History

The Evergreen Women's Resource Center is one of the oldest student organizations on campus; it has been active since the seventies. The WRC is much more than a student group, it has evolved from its roots as a woman's center to a safe space for all woman-identified and female bodied people on campus. It is accessible for those seeking books, zines, menstrual products, pregnancy tests, referrals and support. The events that the WRC sponsors promote a cohesive woman's community on campus.

We are creating this online space so that people who may be less comfortable with face-to-face interaction can find information about who we are and what we do - as well as asking any questions they may want answers to or help with.

This is also a way for us to keep interested persons up to date with what the WRC has been doing - so welcome!

If you have any questions/commentary please feel free to email wrc@riseup.net.
